"Challenges invigorate me!"

TIP: Another tip from Rite Weight Plan
Creating an opportunity from a challenge provides a sense of accomplishment and success. I know that you have been faced with many choices throughout your weight loss program. Perhaps at times the path that you chose did not always provide you the results that you wanted. The important thing to remember is that each time you are faced with a challenging situation and you choose a path, you are being successful! You take the time to consider the situation and you come up with a plan.
Even if the path you selected was not the best, you still learned something —you learned how to handle the same situation the next time you are faced with it! If we want to change how we respond in situations, we must learn from our challenges.
