Alter your attitude and you can alter your life.

OMG..I was just watching "The Biggest Loser" and they said it was good to have a cheat day? Can I do that with out falling off the wagon? Let me sleep on it...I have been craving a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Sweet Dreams Ann!!!!

DINNER: I worked 12 hrs today and I was to tired to make my own healthy meal. Hubby made pot pies...so this meal was not the best choice.

SNACK:
LUNCH: Left-over shrimp stir fry from last nights dinner.

BREAKFAST:Fiber one cereal with blueberries

DRINKS:
