Grillin' Out!!!

DINNER: We purchased a grill wok that Aldi's had on sale for only $5.99. We cut up red potatoes, yams, parsnips, yellow squash, zucchini, green pepper, red onion, mushrooms pineapple. Then we added some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We also purchased some ribs on stick from Festival Foods to put on the grill along with the veggies.

SNACK: Part of my Birthday present from my daughter..OMG...can you say to die for? This was awesome, now I only hope I can find it around here.

I am back on track!! My goal was to lose 20lbs by my birthday. I fell short of that goal. But I am not disappointed at all. I am going to celebrate what I have done so far and move forward. I have not even thought of a new goal. I think I will make one when I am not feeling so motivated and I need a little push.

LUNCH: Amy surprised me by coming home and her friends (Scott and Ernesto) took us all out to eat..What a wonderful surprise!! Thanks guys!!
Eating Out Good Company I had the veggie wrap with some pasta salad.
A garden medley of onions, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, lettuce, cheddar cheese and mayo in a flour wrap.
I only eat half of it. The picture turned out aweful sorry

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

DINNER: My birthday meal. I even treated myself to some birthday cake. I deserve it!!!! I took what I thought was a chicken breast with plans on removing the skin, I found out it was dark meat so i didn't eat the chicken.



SNACK: A few red seedless grapes



LUNCH: Eating Out Schlotzsky's Deli
