Advice from the RiteWeight Plan

Today, let's take a look at more ways to manage negative self talk. I know that I continue to bring up this topic—I do this because it's one of the most important concepts to learn for your success. I also know that it is one of the most difficult challenges that you will have throughout this program and throughout your maintenance.
It is very easy to come up with negative ideas and thoughts about yourself. Many people face this very same issue every day. So my challenge to you today is this: Every time (and I mean every time) a negative thought pops into your head today, I want you to very quickly change that thought into a positive statement. I know that this can be very challenging, but bear with me.
Here's an example:
Replace this kind of negative thought: "I am never successful at trying to diet."
With a positive thought, such as: "I am successful at incorporating new healthy behaviors."
I know that you will be very successful with this today! I can see success in you!

DINNER & LUNCH: Eating Out Golden Coral
I had a small salad and a sweet potato. A piece of meatloaf with a small spoon full of assorted salad. Portion control in action. I didn't eat the pasta or chicken salad one. I tasted it and it didn't appeal to me at all. I think maybe my taste buds are changing. Something's that I used to like just don't have the same taste to me anymore.

SNACK: A small piece of Sugar Free Jello Cake with a small bowl of ice cream with nuts.
BREAKFAST: Nothing :(

181.5 Weigh-In (-2lbs)

I am very happy with my weight loss this week. Maybe the biggest loser show was correct. I had a cheat day on my vacation and look at my weight loss this next week. I actually feel the weight loss when I wear my jeans. I have moved me belt over to the next row of holes...I am on my way..whohooo!!!

DINNER: Veggie tortilla filled with a small amount taco meat and low fat cheese...toasted and homemade bean salsa with low fat sour cream. Multi grain chips with home made bean salsa

LUNCH: Veggie Pizza with assorted fruit with low cal dips

SNACK: I had three pieces of these small treasures. (a serving size)

LUNCH: I had a huge craving for cheesy potatoes. I found some at a deli, so I purchased a small spoon full and enjoyed the taste. I was happy I controlled my craving with potion control.

DINNER: Eating Out Subway

Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki We take lean and tender, savory, teriyaki glazed chicken strips topped with Subway’s own fat-free Sweet Onion Sauce.I added spinach, shredded carrots and red onions. I decided to have a foot long one because I didn't eat have much of a Lunch and I was eating Dinner earlier enough to help work it off before bedtime.

SNACK:
I eat the last two Girl Scout Cookies. That is a the longest a box has ever lasted me. If that is not a sign I have learned something about portion control I don't know what it.

Grilled Shrimp 'N Spinach Salad
Tender spinach, fresh tomatoes, bacon, red peppers, red onions, almonds and hot bacon vinaigrette-all topped with succulent shrimp.
Grilled Cheese BLT
A double-decker of melted Jack, cheddar & Swiss cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayo on toasted marbled wheat bread
And I treated myself to a small Strawberry Cheesecake. Potion Control feels good at Applebees
