We went out to eat again to an all-you-eat buffet
I had a small salad with sweet potato..minus the marshmallow topping. Salmon, half a piece of meatload some veggies. crab cake(which I didn't eat after one taste...ickkk) then for dessert I had some pears, red grapes and cottage cheese. Over all pretty good I think..and I was full..FULL IS GOOD!
