I am able to have patience to face the tasks ahead of me to put balance into my life.

I decided I was going to make a veggie style soup/stew so I would have something healthy to take to work for lunch.
DINNER:

COOKING:

1 Sweet Onion
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Head of Cabbage
4 Parsnips
1 Can of Corn
1 Bag of Frozen Green Beans
1 Bag of Sliced Carrots
1 Small pkg of fresh Mushrooms
6 cups Beef Broth and small can of Tomato Paste
I also added some broccoli and cauliflower from my grab and go stash of veggies I keep in the refrigerator.

I then opened the spice drawer and add a variety of spices. I had a huge bowl for supper and I was very satisfied. Can you say MMM MMM Good!
