DINNER: Salad-spinach, cherry tomoates, blueberries, crab, walnuts, low fat shredded cheese, cucumber and I used Ken's Lite Accents Raspberry Walnut spray salad dressing.
LUNCH: eating out -Subway -Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki: On wheat sub-Teriyaki glazed chicken strips, spinach, tomatoes, red onions, green peppers, and sweet onion sauce
