Nothing is predestined: The obstacles of your past can become the gateways that lead to new beginnings.

DINNER: Eating Out-GOLDEN CORAL
I started with a small spinach salad (dressing on the side) cottage cheese and sweet potato.

Half a piece of meatloaf, 1 shrimp, half potato with cheese (I think it was fake cheese..if you live in WI you should use REAL cheese so I didn't eat much of that. The I had some steamed cauliflower and broccoli salad.

After watching the "Biggest Loser" this week and they said everyone should have a cheat day. I didn't know if I trusted myself with that. So I decided I would have a cheat "treat" once a week. It's a "GOAL" I feel comfortable with. So, tonight I had a small piece of pumpkin pie.


SNACK:

LUNCH: Wheat bread roll up with turkey, Hellmanns light, low fat shredded cheese and spinach
