like I am still eating a large portion?
I wonder if I should get a baby fork also..lol

I had a meeting at work today and ordered lunch out. I ordered a salad...VERY GOOD..then someone ordered a dozen cookies. OMG...they were huge..and I didn' t take one...Willpower Willpower Willpower!!!!! Determination!!!!YES!!!!! YES!!!! YES!!!!

I am able to loss weight and gain a balanced lifestyle by not going on a diet.

To change one's lifestyle takes a great deal of personal time, energy and resources.
1/2 Grilled Shrimp 'N Spinach SaladTender spinach, fresh tomatoes, bacon, red peppers, red onions, almonds and hot bacon vinaigrette-all topped with succulent shrimp.
1/2 Grilled Cheese BLT
A double-decker of melted Jack, cheddar & Swiss cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayo on toasted marbled wheat bread.

192 Weigh In (Start)
Ok...I am going to try to lose weight with mixing it with blogging and photography. I am hoping knowing that I have to take a pic of EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) that I eat...I will be a little more accountable with my choices.
I am going to only weight myself once a week...and that day will be Sunday. I figure its the start of the new week..so matter if I did bad or good...it would either give me a fresh start to get back on track, or encourage me further down the path to health. I am not so concerned with the number as a tool to use to make sure I am making progress.
I know I can do this...and I am not looking as it as a diet...but at age 50...I want to look at it as making choices that improve my health and hopefully ease the hot flashes as I enter this new phase in my life.
Ok here goes.....
My current weight 192..ouch that even hurt to tell you....Here goes!!!
