Ok...I am going to try to lose weight with mixing it with blogging and photography. I am hoping knowing that I have to take a pic of EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) that I eat...I will be a little more accountable with my choices.
I am going to only weight myself once a week...and that day will be Sunday. I figure its the start of the new week..so matter if I did bad or good...it would either give me a fresh start to get back on track, or encourage me further down the path to health. I am not so concerned with the number as a tool to use to make sure I am making progress.
I know I can do this...and I am not looking as it as a diet...but at age 50...I want to look at it as making choices that improve my health and hopefully ease the hot flashes as I enter this new phase in my life.
Ok here goes.....
My current weight 192..ouch that even hurt to tell you....Here goes!!!
