DINNER:

SNACK: I had three pieces of these small treasures. (a serving size)

LUNCH: I had a huge craving for cheesy potatoes. I found some at a deli, so I purchased a small spoon full and enjoyed the taste. I was happy I controlled my craving with potion control.
