Life's problems wouldn't be called "hurdles" if there wasn't a way to get over them

DINNER: Baby Back Ribs with a baked potato topped with no fat small curd cottage chesse. Left over wild rice salad. Even better the next day. We will be making this salad again.

SNACK: Peanut Butter Pie...this is my cheat item for the week. *smile*

LUNCH: Eating Out Golden Coral Veggies with meat loaf a small salad and sweet potato and half a deviled egg.

BREAKFAST: Didn't have time for breakfast today. To many things to get done on my day off. But I knew I was having lunch with Mike and Dave.
