DINNER:Mike is working late tonight. So I am eating alone and with him being the one that cooks, I usually would go to the local burger place or eat something fattening at home. Tonight I took the time and created a masterpiece (what else could I call it..just look how pretty it is) I did this for ME...I don't know if it taste better because I did it for myself, no matter...I am feeling pretty good about this healthy lifestyle.
Salad Ingredients:Greens, red pepper, broccoli, cucumber, crab,almonds, flaxseed, tomatoes, reduced fat cheese, and red onion. Freshness in every bite.
