I decided I wanted to make a healthy treat. Here are the results.
Whole Wheat Tortillas
1/2 cup Sugar and 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
non-stick cooking spray
Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
Pomegranates
Red Seedless Grapes
Cantaloupe or any kind of fruit would be good.
Preheat Oven to 375 Add sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag to combine. Cut tortillas into wedges and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray them with the cooking spray and sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Bake 5-7 minutes or until light and crispy. Let cool on rack. To serve place chips on plate...drizzle with yogurt and fruit of your choice.
