Changing my eating habits for the better as opposed to “dieting” that is my aim in creating this blog. Accountability is the key to success.I will be starting each day with an affirmation and then posting a pic of everything I ate that day. My intent is "balance". I am not going to count points, calories or carbs. I am going to just trust my judgement to be able to make the right choice and hopefully education myself in what those are.

BRAVO!!!
I have been eating like this for a couple of years, sometimes I slip and eat terrible things ut my weight is constant and my health good.
More people should take this approach.
