DINNER: I had a HUGE craving for a hamburger and fries. I called Mike at work and we went to Cinder's and got a really good grilled burger. I am not young enough for the kids meal or old enough for the senior meal, Mike is...so I ordered the senior burger (no cheese) I got the craving under control with out eating a huge burger and tons of fries. I also had one small BBQ chicken wing from Mikes order. I left satisfied without feeling over stuffed. I was proud of myself.

SNACK:
LUNCH: I didn't pack a lunch and had to eat out of the vending machines at work. I tried to pick something healthy from my very limited choices.
